Terms and Conditions

Every client will be asked to agree and sign off accepting the following terms and conditions of Top Dog Mobile Grooming (TDMG) prior to any grooming services being performed. Client agrees to entrust into the care of TDMG for services to be rendered. Client certifies that their pet is up to date on all local shots, vaccines, including the rabies vaccine and all additional required local shots.


Client has listed a local veterinarian that their pet has been under the care of and authorizes TDMG to check and verify that all required shots/vaccines are up to date. Client further authorizes TDMG that in the unlikely event of trauma, accident, or any emergency that could occur while their pet is under the care of TDMG – and if client is unavailable for whatever reason – that TDMG may seek treatment for their pet as their veterinarian may recommend. Client warrants that any adverse prior behavior issues their pet has had has been disclosed. Client further warrants that if their pet has in the past been aggressive or has bitten anyone that has been disclosed as well. Client agrees to a $150 charge should their pet bite and cause injury to TDMG groomer.


Client understands that if TDMG finds their pet to be aggressive to our groomer that we will be unable to provide future grooming services to their pet. Additionally, if their pet has been known to be an escape threat that has been disclosed so we can take every precaution to safely transport your pet back and forth from our mobile grooming unit safely. Client authorizes TDMG their approval to take pictures of their pet and allows the use of these pictures on any TDMG social media platforms. TDMG asks every client to agree to a 4, 6, or 8 week recurring grooming cycle. If client chooses not to, we cannot guarantee that their pet will be able to groomed once our unit is filled up with those clients that have chosen to do so. TDMG will run a tight schedule.


Mobile grooming appointment times may be altered for many reasons such as equipment problems, fueling, weather related travel delays, extra grooming time necessary due to a dog requiring more attention than anticipated etc… Client will receive text notification 15 to 30 minutes prior to our arrival. Clients will need to keep track of their scheduled appointment time. We will text client 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. In order to keep the appointment time, client must text YES to this text no less than 24 hours prior to their appointment. If client fails to be home or notify TDMG of scheduled and confirmed appointment, client agrees they will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee.


TDMG does not currently travel outside of Salina to perform services or onto unpaved roads. Quoted grooming prices do not include the required sales tax. They also do not include additional time that may result in a matted, unusually long or overgrown-thick coat, or otherwise neglected dogs. Matted dogs require additional grooming time and are painful and stressful to your pet. Extra time and care will be needed in these instances and the client will be charged accordingly. All payments are due at the completion of our services.
